Is it really free until 1 December?

Yes. You get full access until 1 December 2026 and won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Do I need to enter my card to start?

No. You can begin your free trial with just your name, email and a password. We'll only ask about payment if you decide to carry on after your week.

Do I have to talk out loud?

Not at all. You can speak to Luma AI Friend, or open the Type tab and chat by typing - whatever feels comfortable. Your voice minutes only count when you're talking; typing doesn't use them up.

Is my conversation private?

Your chats are yours. We never sell your data or share your email, and you can delete your history at any time. Our website is hosted here in the UK.

What happens after the trial?

You'll move onto the plan you chose - Basic, Standard or Premium. You can switch plans or cancel whenever you like from your settings.
